What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancel up to 30 days before your check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to a partial refund depending on the circumstances. We understand plans change and will always work with you.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at either property. This helps us maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for all our guests. Service animals are welcome with advance notice.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need to arrange early check-in or late check-out, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
During peak season (June through August), we require a minimum 3-night stay. During the rest of the year, the minimum is 2 nights. Weekly discounts are available — just ask!
How far are the properties from Peninsula State Park?
Both of our properties are in the heart of Fish Creek, just minutes from the entrance to Peninsula State Park. You can easily walk, bike, or drive to the park from either house.
Do you provide linens and towels?
Yes! Both properties are fully stocked with bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and all the essentials. We also provide dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and basic toiletries so you can pack light.
